Aurora
Aurora Aksnes (born June 15, 1996, from Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian artist and vocalist. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves has been released by Decca Records and was well reviewed by various music websites. Half the World Away - by Oasis to accompany John Lewis' Christmas ad as well as Nature Boy - by Nat King Cole have already been two notable covers that she has recorded. Katy Perry, who endorsed the track Runaway with her voice, has given it some more recognition. Make it a day to celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was when she discovered a keyboard in her loft and being amazed by the music. Jan Oystein Aksnes, her parents May Britt Aksnes and Jan Oystein Aksnes, encouraged their daughter to pursue music as a passion rather than as a job. The Aksnes family encouraged her to compose. Bjork and Leonard Cohen are among her favorite songwriters. When her mother said that her songs can not only aid in her efforts to get noticed, however, they could also help others understand their importance in the world and realize what can be done with them and her music, she was inspired to start singing in public. When she began playing the piano, she was just six and began writing music at the age of nine. Her family didn't know about this until she reached the age of fourteen. Aurora wasn't a dream. Aurora is simply a writer who loves writing songs. Music to her is the only way to feel anything.
